Beginning with the garlic Parmesan bread to the sea bass, spicy penne with vodka sauce, and even the chicken flautas (I know it’s an Italian restaurant, but there is always that one person), the food was delicious. The staff made excellent suggestions for wine for our most finicky “wine connoisseur”, and didn’t disappoint. Then we finished with an incredible key lime tart, and the night was perfect. The staff is always attentive, friendly and accommodating of our food intolerances and sensitivities, yet we don’t miss out on flavor. We drive the distance to eat at Valeria, and never regret it.
