Exquisite! The table service was slightly rushed in the beginning (we prefer the dining vice scarfing our faces like Neanderthals experience). This is my second time here and it did not disappoint. One of the best views for a modern tea experience in London! Service is always top notch, entertainment was fabulous, and concierge was both polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend a table for 2 by the window - for larger parties, consider seating where the larger couch seating is positioned facing the view instead of with one&/ back against it.

Great staff support really kind and helpful. I found from my last visit a few years ago the afternoon high Tea was not as I expected in terms of the food selection- open table doesn’t advise what’s included especially that free top ups finish at 4pm ! I found that the drinks option was limited as they only offer rose lassi and chai in the past I had a choice with many other options for the savoury selection - I found the food was good but the selection on the menu could have been more as they only offered fish pakora would have loved an onion or veg pakora Great helpful staff
