So our server Cathy, greeted me seeing I had just been seated and introduced herself (nothing new here) but then asked about type of lunch (in this case it was business) so she proceeded to let me know that she will be mindful of this , as well as any allergies or preferences I might have. Now that’s being a great server when you understand your clients! Well done Cathy!

We recently visited Milestones in Markham for a team dinner, and it was an excellent choice. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s preferences, including a great selection of vegetarian and vegan choices that went above the usual offerings. The food itself was delicious, and everyone found something they enjoyed. Service was top-notch—friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and our meals arrived relatively quickly even with our large group. The atmosphere was also a highlight: a lively yet comfortable space that felt ideal for both casual dining and group gatherings. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider returning for future team events!
