Best American Restaurants in East Liverpool

My family dined at Off The Hook for a birthday celebration. We had a corner table in the back room which was perfect and provided a little more privacy. Our server, Frankie, was very friendly and attentive. She made several excellent menu recommendations. All six of us raved about the food and service. It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it.

The food is good and reasonably priced. Our table was in a room upstairs that didn't happen to be decorated for Christmas; however, the other rooms were and looked very festive.

My lamb was perfectly cooked but could have used more glaze or sauce. and my husband said his halibut was the best he has had so far

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our waitress, Arica, was very attentive and consistent. The food was great and quick. Definitely worth the price! The scenery was beautiful.

I took my staff here for a Christmas dinner and we had a great evening. Meggan was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. Reed, one of the managers there, always makes sure that you feel welcome and all of your needs are met. The food was good and everyone was happy.
