This was our first visit to Greenbriar after receiving many recommendations from others. The service was excellent and personal. The dishes were of exceptional quality and taste. We really appreciated that most of their ingredients are locally sourced, organic and regeneratively raised/produced. We will be certainly be returning again in the near future. I especially appreciated our waitress, Valerie. She was knowledgeable, fun and professional. The staff also treated my wife to a delicious, complementary cheesecake for her birthday celebration.
