Best American Restaurants in Flat Rock

We had a great meal and our server was wonderful. We were very disappointed that we were seated at a very bright lit table. We had zero ambiance which is the first thing I go for in a restaurant. Other than that, everything was great.

Another excellent meal at Root and Bone! The fried chicken and a side of waffles were so delicious! My husband loved his ribeye and said it was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a wonderful summer squash appetizer which “tasted like fall” as well as the brownie skillet dessert! Amazing ambience, service and food! We will be back soon!

We drove over an hour to celebrate our anniversary at restaurant 17 and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is farm to table, and the servers are so nice and inviting. The food was amazing, the cocktails, desserts ; all of it just phenomenal. We will definitely be back !

Dori, Lynne and Adam treat you like family. Always so friendly and welcoming! The surroundings are breathtaking! I highly recommend brunch for the spectacular views! The menu has some tried and true dishes but there’s always a rotation of new flavors. Partnering with local businesses (meats, cheeses & veggies) brings a spotlight to the community! Newman’s has become our go to spot to eat, relax and decompress!

The simple meal I had this visit was delicious. Our server was most attentive and pleasant. I left planning my next visit.
