What an amazing brunch! Everything we ordered was delicious! Not only did the food taste fantastic, it was beautiful, too. Service was impeccable. Perfect timing, food was delivered hot, and so tasty. The environment was stunning, especially decorated for the holidays. Highly recommend. Note: The fire alarms went off multiple times due to someone opening a wrong door. Staff were apologetic and handled it with grace. We appreciated the manager coming by the table to apologize (not necessary) and make sure we were having a wonderful time.

First time going to the Plaza Hotel for afternoon tea. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and service considering the mixed reviews. Sandwiches were delicious and there seemed to be endless tea in the teapot. Mary was amazing at making this experience memorable! She was super nice, informative, and great at anticipating what works for us! Would definitely go back.

There were 5 of us. Everyone's food was good! I had the chicken and waffles. They let me swap out the spicy chicken for wings since I don't eat spicy food. It was delicious. One friend had salmon and rice, the others had some variation of mac and cheese which they all enjoyed.
