    We had a delightful waiter (Steven). Very attentive and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested a wonderful vegetarian option which was amazing.     Darla and Daniel were incredible waiters. Knowledgeable, great interaction. Food was perfect! Fried oysters with tasso gravy reduction was bomb. For those who don't know, tasso is Cajun smoked pork legs with extremely deep smoke. Then duck confit, thigh and drumb. Finished with peppermint ice cream and glacee drizzled with chocolate.

    We had a round table for 8, which is ideal for connecting with each other. Service was excellent, very friendly and professional. The food was also great, “traditional” New Orleans style. The $55 prix fixe menu was a great value. Would highly recommend the shrimp and grits, gumbo, and drum. All perfectly prepared.

    Overall, great experience. Our waitress was superb, spinach salads were the best I have ever had. The calzone was good, could have been excellent, however, undercooked. Pizza similar.
