Complimentary champagne, sparkler in our banana pudding and a handwritten post card from the staff. Nichelle provided gracious service, and ensured that we were taken care of to the highest degree, she was an absolute delight. We first visited in the early afternoon and were able to snag a seat at the bar to watch the band and have a couple of drinks. Service was excellent! Walking around and looking at all the Bon Jovi memorabilia and art was fun! We returned later to have dinner at the 4th-floor restaurant (we had made reservations). The mood is very different in the restaurant, with a slower pace and jazzy music. We had a table by the window with awesome views! Service was a little slow, but they were all friendly and kept checking in with us. The food was okay, not awesome, not bad.
