Food quality and service has been top-notch. They’re are still new and testing certain dishes out. With that said, there were a couple items I’ve had that didn’t hit the spot, and hopefully they’ll make adjustments. Nonetheless, MOST of the items were excellent and warrant return visits. They accept feedback and seem to be poised to find the perfect balance between such an unorthodox menu and the diverse palettes of their guests’. So far, it appears that Chef Tobias is on to something special, and I’m here for the journey.

The beauty of Clyde's is that you know what to expect and you are never disappointed The food is always good to very good, the service is always excellent, the vibe is always upbeat and fun. Clyde's consistently meets expectations, and that is outstanding for a restaurant/bar.

The whole experience was fabulous. We made a reservation for nine and were seated promptly upon arrival by the wonderful hostesses. Our server was excellent, the drinks were amazing, and the FOOD. I literally cannot gush enough about the food. I got the ribeye and it was cooked flawlessly. Never understood what “melt in your mouth” was supposed to mean with steak until I bit into the most perfect bite of meat in the world. Juicy, flavorful, and paired with perfectly cooked kale and potatoes. I could have eaten three of them and wouldn’t have regretted a thing. There was no room for dessert on this visit, but I will DEFINITELY be back.

I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Via Sophia, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a chic Italian vibe that made it perfect for a midday escape. The menu had a great selection of authentic Italian dishes, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Cacio e Pepe—perfectly al dente pasta with a creamy, peppery sauce that was bursting with flavor. We also tried the Margherita Pizza, which was fresh, perfectly crisp, and just the right size to share. The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great wine pairing suggestions to complement our meal. Overall, Via Sophia is a gem for Italian cuisine lovers, whether you’re dining with friends, colleagues, or just treating yourself. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their dishes! Servers were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. While food was good, we had one cocktail each and a couple of appetizers for 3. Bill was over $200, 20% gratuity auto-added and then asked to provide more tip on the receipt.
