Brightwater Hotel is a local hotel overlooking the lake at Brightwater. I was greeted by waiting staff on arrival and guided to our table for 6 - unfortunately due to illness 2 of our group were unable to attend. I was guided to our table and provided with menus and a drinks list. I was asked if I wanted a drink - yes and paid for it at time of order - sooo easy. The rest of the crew arrived and ordered drinks - paid for individually. We then ordered meals and paid individually - again sooo easy. Food came out after a short wait and everyone was pleased with their choice, cost and service Well done staff. A lovely afternoon had by all - simple and easy process and not too noisy. Would highly recommend this venue

I had a chicken and lamb yiro which was delicious. Ample filling and very appetising. The petite dessert was extra special as I love chocolate torte and baklava so could have both without having to make a decision. The only disappointment was the coffee. It wasn’t served very hot and maybe it was the coffee blend but it didn’t taste quite right. Service was excellent especially as the restaurant was busy with Christmas parties. Staff were also great. 9/10 overall.
