Best Bistros in Indio

This is the 2nd time we have been there and we highly recommend it. The food was delicious and worth the small wait. We sat outside and the heat lamps were a great touch. Highly recommend this spot with a reservation.

Neat vibe and excellent food. They were super busy so wait was a little long g but the drinks were good so we didn’t mind. The people watching from the patio seating was great. Two of us had the chicken pot pie which was excellent. Creamy comfort food and the crust was flaky and perfect. It was huge and I’m on a diet so that wasn’t good because I couldn’t stop. My wife had the meatloaf which she really liked and I forgot what the last person in our party ordered but she had no complaints.

This is the best restaurant in Palm Springs! French with a California flair….lots of veggie choices. Great cocktails and wine list….beautiful decor…what more could you ask for….oh and a fabulous server, Holly, who made the evening even more special. It’s a fun delicious spot….not stuffy! Loved everything about this restaurant and the experience!

A trip to Palm Springs must include dinner at Si Bon. We enjoyed the Beet Salad as a starter. My wife always gets the short ribs as an entree. They melt in your mouth. I enjoyed the Salmon entrée which was perfectly cooked. You cannot leave without dessert. The special dessert was the Yule Log, a very healthy piece that was enough to feed two people. It was not cloyingly sweet, with distinguishable layers. Roberto patiently answered our questions about the menu and provided attentive service.

Great food & friendly atmosphere. Live guitarist/singer was excellent. Great range of cocktails & lovely fresh food.
