Best Bistros in Norwich

The three of us, a married couple (the wife celebrating her Birthday) and myself, were welcomed most warmly and led to the table I always request. My friends had never eaten at a Cote Brasserie before. They are connoisseurs of good food and wine - having celebrated a Birthday at Le Gavroche shortly before it closed. They were most impressed by Cote's extensive menu and wine list. They were genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of the dishes they chose - as they said, fine ingredients excellently cooked. The dessert for the wife celebrating her Birthday duly arrived with candle.... They commented on the service as very friendly and most efficient. They will certainly be dining at Cote again - it was altogether a very memorable and happy celebration - and Cote will continue to be my 'go to' place for entertaining friends.

On a very cold day, the Pub was warm and cosy. Not overly busy but not expected in early January. Service was very good, food was good as usual. It’s a lovely traditional pub restaurant and serves tasty homemade food at decent prices. Also dog friendly. Very recommended.

Nice meal this evening. Starters really good. Too much pizza so have bought some home. Turkey burger great. Beef Brisket lovely but a rather small portion.

We were so impressed with the waiters who had been very busy earlier in the day. They could not have been more attentive and helpful. The food was all tremendous, piping hot and arrived at the table very speedily. Well done to all.

Food was absolutely delicious and lots of it. Service was impeccable. Was a birthday treat for a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
