- MMichelleSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is a one of a kind, Seattle experience, that should not be missed. But be warned, if you go once, you will want to go back, all the time, . . . As does all of Seattle. So it can be hard to get a reservation. Plan ahead. For this particular time, we made a reservation a week to a week and a half, and did not get the timeframe we wanted. But if we had got the timeframe we wanted, we would’ve had to wait over a month. Doesn’t matter, so worth it fantastic food, fantastic ambience, totally world class experience. So proud to have some thing like this, at this level of excellence, here in Seattle. I’m almost always order the afternoon tea / high tea experience. Yes you will be shocked at the price. But it is not the most expensive in town by a longshot, BUT it is the best! The owner of this place knows what they’re doing, it feels so very authentic. Service is so kind and friendly, you just don’t want the moment to end. But you will have to leave, and you can go to the store down the street to buy a Momento, . . . A very, very cool Momento, and reminder of the wonderful moment that you had there. My whole family can’t wait to go, and want to go there for every celebration, . . . And when I say, whole family, I mean me, (the wife), my husband (will not let us go without him), my teenager (who feels very grown-up), my grade schooler (This is his favorite birthday celebration place, and he asks for it every year.), and my mom, who introduced me to the place. You have not fully experienced the best ofSeattle if you have not been here.More infoQueen Mary Tea RoomPrice: Moderate• Afternoon Tea• Laurelhurst•4.8

- SSamboSeattle / Eastern Washington •6 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Jan 2025We went for brunch on New Years’s Day. The places was packed and although we had a reservation but it took ~30mins to get a seating. The food was amazing. We ordered the Classic French Toast and the Joe’s Scramble. Both the dishes had good portions. Portage Bay SLU is one of our top to-go brunch spots. We have been here multiple times and the experience here has been great most of the times.More infoPortage Bay Cafe - South Lake UnionPrice: Moderate• Regional American (Northwest)• Lake Union / Eastlake•4.7

- AAlmaSeattle / Eastern Washington •6 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Dec 2024It was my second time dining here and my friends’ first. Both times just before attending a show. Arriving just at opening is perfect as the timely manner in which we received our meals gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything from the cocktails to food to conversation.
