Would love to return for a meal as the food and menu looked amazing.More infoThe Queen's Head PubPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Fleet•4.5
- SSuzanneHampshire •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had a very pleasant evening here with our friends. They had recommended we go to the Derby and I am very pleased they did. The food was delicious, wine good and the lady that waited on our table was so helpful. Best of all the pub was lovely and warm. So many are not nowadays as they try to save money. It really was a good evening all round.More infoThe Derby InnPrice: Expensive• British• Hook•4.7
- JCJamesCLondon •4 reviews4.0Dined on 3 Jun 2024A nice pub with good food. There seemed to be a lack of staff for the service so things were not top notch. The food could have been amazing but the main course was let down by slightly overcooked fish and the fish had no flavor at all which let me very disappointed. I must say the starter and dessert were fantastic and the accompaniments to the fish were really great but as the fish was meant to be the star it was a let down. They did give our two soft drinks for free but really if a restaurant is trying to be a gastro pub they need to tick all the boxes. I would go back just to see if it was an off day but I have heard similar things from other peopleMore infoThe Mutton at Hazeley HeathPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Rotherwick•4.7
