Not that we had paid I thought the price of the afternoon tea for what we got was rather expensive. Not a price I would have paid. The tea was quite nice, my wife had a pot of tea and I ordered coffee. On the menu it stated a pot of coffee. All I got was a cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly, but didn’t come to ask if everything was ok. We were right on the main walk way coming into the pub. We asked if we could move as we saw a few tables that were empty. They said they couldn’t as they were booked. We ordered the meat shared plus 3 bar snacks and it was impossible to fit it on our table. We had to stack things on a ledge along with our drinks. Spoilt it for us as the food was lovely and really good value for money but the table was not ideal at all.
