So first impression wasn’t great. Food was good although had Ramsey’s name not been above the door I wouldn’t have thought it should have been anything special but it wasn’t all that special and it took a while to arrive. Also seems that there is a service charge added to your bill which doesn’t appear anywhere in the online ordering system at the table and only appears on your bank bill - seems a bit underhand. Service was quick and friendly while there was a great selection of burgers and sides to choose from. We made the mistake of ordering a portion of fries each but should have shared as the portion size was very generous.
