Best Californian Restaurants in Lake Forest

Best dinner. Can't believe we had never been before this evening. Wonderful experience. Thank you to our amazing waiter - Jorge ... and the manager on duty this evening. Excellent. Everything was amazing. O

Good food and great service. One of our dishes never made it out of the kitchen so we just cancelled it and they gave us free tiramisu.

Once again the Beachcomber did not disappoint. You can’t beat the view from anywhere you sit. The beignet’s are a must. Our food order arrived quickly. The crashing waves in the background is a great part of the ambiance. Our waitress Amber was very attentive and thorough. A waiter Hector from previous visits remembered us and stopped by to say hello. Can’t wait to visit again.

This is one of our favorite restaurants so it was my first choice for my birthday dinner. The new owner is great and nothing has changed on the menu (so far- hope nothing does!). The one thing that has changed is the music and it is much more appropriate for this restaurant in my honest opinion. I can’t recommend this place enough- the mango martinis, tuna tartare, skirt steak, chipotle chicken sandwich, scallop risotto, Maui onion soup to say a few.
