Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration. But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously.     Our annual Christmas get together was beautiful today and enjoyed by the whole family including our grandchildren (3&6) food was delicious as usual and Michelle looked after us with a smile and attention. The other servers were also very helpful when she was busy, even getting a New Years hug from the littlest one! Thanks for a wonderful afternoon Ancaster Mill🥰

    Vela has been on the list of places to visit for some time. Since Marvin left 7Enoteca in Oakville and took the helm at Vela, we have wanted to get round to check it out. Fortunately today we were able to dine at Vela and it did not disappoint! (Other than Marvin not being in for todays service). The environment is stunning. The food is amazing. The service was attentive. (Many thanks Sandy, not only on the food advice, but the wine advice as well!) We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to returning to try the tasting menu at the counter. That type of experience is right up our alley!

    Two members in our party ordered salad… which was definitely not worth the price. The bowl of iceberg lettuce they both got with some toppings was pretty sad, that being said they did eat it all so they taste was there- but don’t go for the salads lol my son ordered nachos for one, but when the kitchen made the order they made nachos for a party lol so that was a welcomed mistake, they let him have that for the nachos for one price. I had the club sandwich, it was awesome, and their fries are so so good. Go for the pub food, it’s great! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet, though I could see on game nights it could be very busy and loud.
