Best Canadian Restaurants in Port Carling

Our server Myles was phenomenal tonight! Totally made our experience 10x more enjoyable. The food was so good and he gave really great recommendations for both the wine & food - super knowledgeable!

We were disappointed because there was a function in the dining room, but Stephan made our experience quite nice in the lounge area. It was a friends birthday and I did really want her to see the beautiful dining room but we’re very very happy with our meal. The lamb was to die for and just perfectly cooked, We looked around to make sure no one was watching and actually nibbled it down to the bone. congrats to the chef for making such an amazing meal. Only one complaint a few more veggies would’ve been nice. Thanks for a great evening. Will be back to sit in the dining room.nect. . I have been there several times my friend will be back as well.

The presentation and everything was amazing. The food was absolutely spectacular!

Very nice dining experience - very friendly and attentive staff, excellent food (my wife and I had the risotto and gnocchi - both were terrific). I would certainly go back on a future trip to the Muskoka area.

Casual elegance and a relaxing dinner. We don’t always like to have noise and energy around us so the Eclipse is a welcomed reprieve during tourist season. It’s wonderful that it is open to the public as well as to resort guests. The food is beautifully prepared, and you can try a spoonful of it all—beef, chicken or shrimp skewers, mussels, pasta, excellent Ceasar salad , squares and cookies for dessert. There is even a half-price children’s selection table with pizza, chicken fingers etc. the serving staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Lovely.
