The restaurant features 56 dining room seats, 25 bar seats, and 8 raw bar seats, with a gorgeous display of fresh seafood. Went for the first time to Paya and it was the best dining experience I have had in Miami in a while. Ambiance was on point and service was impeccable—efficient, attentive, and incredibly friendly. As for the food, outstanding! Every dish was delicious with beautiful presentation. My favorite were the Scallop Crudo, Tamarind Lamb Chops and Soursop Ice Cream with Caviar! I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were a large group of 10. Our server, Brandon, managed our myriad requests with grace and humor. Loved his attention. Each dish was unique and tasty… especially the jerk chicken wings, the tostones, the embrocado and the Cuban medianoche sandwich. The coconut fan also rocked. Music started at 9 and added a nice element.

Service was excellent. Team was friendly and efficient. The food was sooooo good! We had the lechon (pork) and it was better than my mom’s - don’t tell her! We were all happy with our dishes. The desserts we tried - flan and tres leches did not disappoint. My only complaint- no restrooms. We had to find the public one in the shopping center.

The food was overall good, the ambience was nice. Our issue was with the service, our waitress was so busy flirting with the guy at a table that we never received the waters we asked for when we were sat. The place was pretty empty, but she just kept hovering over that one guy, well after his party was gone. The drinks, the food all brought out, we reminded her about the waters but she would say yes and then go talk to the guy at the table. She didn’t check on us for nearly 30 mins after the food arrived,By which time we’re needed to go Boxes, which she never brought. The busser came to clear the table and we asked him again and he returned with them. If you are going to add 20% auto gratuity at least make sure the service is there.
