Best Cocktail Bars in The Colony

Excellent service from the start. We shared fancy potato skins and a Boogie Nights pizza. Drinks were a blonde ale and Filthy martini. We will be back! Went on a monday afternoon, plenty of seating.

We love coming here for the menu variety and ambience. The food is always delicious and flavorful. We had the hot Cheeto elote and guacamole as appetizers. The guac is full of lime flavor and love the texture with pepitas. The elote isn’t my thing my my family loves it. We love the duros they serve alongside the chips too. For entrees we had the protein bowl, miso salmon, grouper sandwich, and fish tacos. Everything was flavorful and big portions. Only small complaint with food was that the salmon was a tad overcooked. It would be nice to be asked doneness preference like medium rare. Other small issue we had was the waitress didn’t refill my dad’s glass of water multiple times while refilling everyone else’s. Just an odd oversight I guess. We shared the brownie sundae for dessert and it was good. Love the fun cocktail glasses they have as well like puffer fish.

It was another “WIN” 🏆for Haywire-Plano. I made a reservation for 8 and of course additional guest arrived at the last minute and instead of panicking, I ask the staff if my guests and I could request a larger table and this was during their happy hour and the staff was swift to accommodate and move us to a table for 13 on the patio. Weather was perfect for having dinner on the patio! Haywire Staff came through AGAIN…. They were Amazing!🤩 Food and Drinks were phenomenal! My dinner guests were happy and full!

We book our team gatherings here often and our experience is consistently top notch. Everyone loves it, food is good, and service is always attentive, friendly and professional.

Every experience at Craftway Kitchen is a splendid evening of great service, great drinks, great food, and a great dining out experience. As always, I requested my favorite server Renee, and she never disappoints. Big smile, deep knowledge of the menu, extremely friendly, and a pleasure to visit with. I can not say enough about this restaurant and how delightful and wonderful it is. Thanks to all the staff we never meet who are in the background and make this all happen. We will always be back.
