Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Des Plaines

I decided to try the prime rib, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of seasoning. My friends ordered ribs and steaks, and they were equally impressed with their meals. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the steaks were cooked exactly as requested. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a meal with friends. Overall, everything was excellent, and I can’t wait to go back!

10/10, I love this restaurant so much, and this trip didn’t disappoint. It was my birthday, and the staff was so nice and kind, and the food was amazing as usual (highlights were the French onion soup, Manion style steak frites, and a caviar egg special dish). The whole evening was truly a special and memorable night.

We had a nice experience at Bub City on our way to O’Hare. Our server was great. Good food and drink selection. Family friendly.

Birthday/Christmas Eve celebration. Place was cute and a bit confusing to find at first (it was night time and at a gold course). I’ll have to go during the day to enjoy the views. Place was decorated for the holidays and one of the few spots that I was able to get a last minute rsvp after another restaurant cancelled our rsvp because of a system error. Service and server were great, food choices were not as many as I would’ve desired but we managed to find our picks. Overall nice place. Like I said, I’ll have to check the place out during daylight hours.

Food was great. They were out of alot of things on the menu.
