Prime Rib ($55): One of the Daily Specials. 14oz of juicy medium-rare meltaway meat, minimal fat, with included silky buttery mashed potatoes and huge snappy asparagus spears. Glass of Anko 2021 Malbec ($10): Full pour. Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée ($12): Light enough to cap off a hefty dinner, but large enough to share if so inclined. We love coming here as part of our Christmas tradition. We go to the Ethel M Cactus garden to see the lights and then as part of our tradition we love coming to the Claim Jumper. We do not have one in Colorado anymore so its nice to come to the one in Henderson Nevada. The food and service were terrific.
