Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Dundas

Yesterday, we were served by Naomi, a very attentive waitress. Everything was served very quickly. The food was slightly different from the last time - we ordered the steak with sushi again, and my husband had the blackened chicken, followed by desserts. The chocolate cake was salty, which is probably a Canadian twist, but it felt unusual for us. There was also a girl playing the violin alongside a DJ during our dinner, which made the evening very romantic.

Great experience for Christmas Brunch. Amazing food and ambience. Jason was looking after us and was exceptional!! Polite and respectful from the start. Always helpful with whatever we asked or needed.

Love it here my favorite restaurant in Toronto. Working a very NYC vibe in Kensington market with phenomenal staff, delicious food in a fun comfortable arty room. Sat at the kitchen bar: a front row seat to watching the chefs do their magic. Last night was a special tasting menu, highlights for me were the Crueler with Crab, the green chili, pancetta and collard paparadelle and the delicious sour dough. A perfect evening with a shout out to Rob the sommelier and my waiter who made the night with his attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service.

Outstanding meal at Jump. It was 'Home Game Special" night and the main course was totally special. An amazing veal schnitzel chop with all the trimmings. And for starters a brilliant lobster salad with delicious pear tatin to finish. Excellent fun service from Marketa. Such a well run restaurant with great staff, a wonderful chef team and reasonable prices for such impressive food. Who could ask for more !!!

How a fantastic dinner at the Beacon really nice location really beautiful ambience a very nice place to have an intimate conversation with your dinner guest. The food was great. Service was friendly and the menu options were perfect. I also appreciated the wine selection, which had some great options, both on the lower range and higher range in pricing. I can also appreciate a restaurant that takes the time to decant your wine.
