He went through drinks, apps, entrees, and desserts with such detail you will want to order everything off of the menu. He has a great sense of humor but doesn’t go over the top with it. He had great recommendations and was able to explain ingredients like he was the one who prepared the dishes. The host and hostess were great. Will say that there were many menu items that were out and therefore unavailable to us. This happened the last time we came to Terrain as well. Two entrees we had planned to order were sold out. The wine we chose was also unavailable. As was the dessert we had selected. This was disappointing. The food we ended up with was delicious.
