Very attentive and everything was just as we ordered. The pretzels and lobster roll were delicious, as were the drinks. The live entertainment was a huge plus and we highly recommend giving Brian Douglas Day’s music a listen. We had some leftover, or I would have ordered a take out of those pot stickers. We enjoyed the bread service as well don't forget to ask for it. Someone cut up the greens on the salad very fine, making for a delicious salad that you could eat elegantly in fine clothing. The selection of ingredients in the salad told you that some serious thought by professionals went into the making of that salad. It was, like all of the food, something that made you slow down and savor every bite and listen to what the chef was telling you. We didn't have room for any dessert, but the sorbet was calling to me just the same. We were surprised with the quickness that our entrees arrived (prior to finishing our salads), but we overcame that and continued our celebratory meal in fine fashion. We started out with the caramelized pears then my partner and I decided to try as many options as possible so he chose opposite of me. We def optimized our tasting experiences by sampling each others! For the 3 courses offered as well as the add ons for a starter and dessert, this is very reasonably priced.
