- AAnneVIPNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Margaux. The menu was diverse enough to cater to light eaters as well as those who wanted heartier fare. The drinks menu also called for Mon alcoholic selections, a good selection of wine and cider, so everyone was accommodated. The service was spot on, there when you needed them but not overly attentive to the point of interrupting conversation. The ambience was buzzy but quiet enough to speak and be heard. We will return!More infoMargauxPrice: Expensive• Contemporary European• South Kensington•4.7

- MMaryLondon •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had one of our best, if not the best meal at Myrtle. A lovely experience from start to finish. Drinks in the wine bar next door before being warmly greeted and shown to our table. The restaurant is on two floors and pretty intimate but all diners were perfectly spaced…….everything has been considered. We had the nine course menu. Every single course shines and offers a taste sensation with perfectly balanced flavours and textures. Each offering comes with a snippet of information about its origin - providing another layer of interest. The team really have nailed it……The front of house service is exceptional- friendly, funny, knowledgeable and extremely professional, whilst the chefs create absolute magic in the snug kitchen. Anna is one clever and extremely talented chef. My husband had a very Happy Birthday (which was acknowledged). Thank you Team Myrtle!More infoMyrtle RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Chelsea•4.9

On this latest visit, the food was good, but we waited nearly an hour between starter and main… service was patchy - some fantastic staff working really hard are let down by some of the service team. Still a good choice for quality food in a pub on the edge of the common.More infoThe Fox and GrapesPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Wimbledon•4.5
