Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in London Bridge

10/10! My waiter, Fadil, was incredible. So kind and attentive.

Enjoyable family dinner this week. Nice buzzy atmosphere, a little industrial in scale (not the cosy quiet place for a date I would guess). Service is pleasant and reasonably prompt. A very extensive menu, and all five dishes we ordered were well prepared and tasty. Before ordering, pace yourself, the portions are very large.

Fantastic meal and service at Macellaio RC Soho last night. We had a Virgin voucher for 2 courses plus Prosecco. The food was fantastic we had ravioli and a cheese burger with circular crimped “chips” plus Tiramisu and a beautifully presented rose filigree pastry apple “pie” with sauce. Everything tasted beautiful and authentic. Service was excellent friendly attentive and efficient. Staff knew we were catching a train later and speeded up a bit. The restaurant was full before our 6.30pm booking so we had a stroll and seat outside for 15 mins. I would definitely return with friends and family. Ideally located on Shaftesbury Avenue in between two theatres. Other diners were eating huge shared platters of beautifully cooked meat, and everyone looked very happy, as were we.

Second time back here. Magnificent dining room, good space between tables not too busy, just right. Our server was attentive and very affable, easy going. Food as last time was amazing. We came for a weekend trip from Toronto ON Canada, and this place is now on our "have to do" list every time we come over.

We really loved our evening at Penny Squares! The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food was deliciously authentic. We had the duck pappardelle which blew us away with its exquisite and delicate flavours. The ambience made us feel relaxed and the decor was really pretty. We definitely will be back soon!
