Best Modern Southern American Restaurants in Raleigh

Outstanding cuisine! The southern kitchen style food was authentic and delicious. We loved the shrimp and grits! The restaurant staff were personable and welcoming. I highly recommend dining at this establishment!

It was wonderful! Initial reservation was for 8 that last minute increased to 10. The staff was very accommodating and seated us 15 minutes sooner than expected. Our waitress was wonderful and my family truly enjoyed themselves as they are from out of town! Will be back soon! Thank you!

My family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Braise. This marks our third year coming to their buffet and enjoying all the good food they prepared. We knew to expect the typical Thanksgiving dishes, each prepared with a little twist to make them special. But they also provided many other things to appeal to other tastes. Our table attendant was very nice and checked in periodically to see how we were doing. And the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcomed us throughout the visit. We are very pleased with the food and service we receive from Braise each year and will be back again in 2025!
