The experience was terrific with the food excellent and only surpassed by the service we received from Anthony. He is both professional and personable. - MMichaelVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •54 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAnother delightful celebration meal at Copley's. Our cocktails were smooth and perfect: Henrietta and a G&T. Generous wines pours of the excellent Deux Roches white. The lobster and shrimp ceviche had the right level of kick in the red salsa, and the house Caesar was unique and crisply fresh as usual. Both our entrees were perfectly done - one swordfish and one tuna special. And the chocolate soufflé was a sumptuous finish with the decadent salted caramel ice cream. All with attentive service from Eric. LOVE this place.More infoCopley's on Palm CanyonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Palm Springs•4.8
