Best Cajun Restaurants in Downtown Summerlin

We were not sure what to eat before we flew out of Vegas, but were all able to agree on southern food. This far exceeded our expectations - both the service and the food were outstanding. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken, which was comparable to what I've had in Nashville itself. The mac and cheese was great, and the biscuit appetizer with jam and cinnamon butter were fantastic. Definitely check this place out.

Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates bold, flavorful dishes with a touch of Southern charm. The standout for me was the perfectly cooked Gulf shrimp, bursting with flavor and paired with a rich, savory sauce. Another highlight was the octopus dish, a delicate balance of textures and flavors that truly impressed. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth every penny.

We, a group of 4, enjoyed jambalaya, lobster rolls, blackened salmon, and shrimp. The food was cooked perfectly and wait staff ver attentive. Will return.
