Best Dining Bars in North Central Phoenix

The best of the three meals we had was the sea bass. It was melt in your mouth and flavor was amazing. The combination of vegetables and herbs was interesting and made the experience. And presentation was also well done. The bolognese pasta was also very flavorful and my friend enjoyed it a great deal. I had the Caesar salad, which was very good. The pesto tortellini left me looking for a different dish. It promised more flavor than it delivered. But the pasta was cooked well and serving generous. I did wish I’d gotten the sea bass or fettuccini. The lemon cake was light like a mousse, teased with the flavor, and excellent. We all loved it. Our server, Marie, was excellent. Attentive without being overly so, and somewhat helpful with the menu. Just wish she’d been more outright about the pesto. It provided a lovely setting for friends celebrating one birthday as well as Christmas. It

I have been here in the past in the evening and it was such a wonderful experience that I thought I would try their brunch. Such an elegant atmosphere on the patio with top notch service from the staff. We had a phenomenal waitress named Sasha who made our experience amazing. She took lovely pictures of my daughter and I. The food was delicious and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this stunning experience. Also, gratitude to the chef who provided a complimentary appetizer.

We always have the large shrimp cocktail- it’s so delicious & they bring us fresh horseradish on request! We also enjoy the noble buns with salted butter & usually have the roasted half chicken- with mashed potatoes & veggies = always delicious. We enjoy sitting at the bar watching sports and all the bar tenders are amazing. One our favorite places to eat in Scottsdale!

Hidden gem … we dined on the patio. It was a beautiful day so no heat lamps or blankets were needed but they were well equipped and offered if needed. Great drink, appetizer and meal offerings. Service was excellent.

We had Jacob as our Waiter, energetic, knowledgeable, attentive and eager to make our first evening at EVO-NS enjoyable. From, Water, to Wine, we were 8ntroduced to the best Meatballs, we’ve had in years, my main Coarse was Branzino, Excellent presentation plating and taste, will do again. In my case, I had asked about any Pasta Portions that could be an accompaniment, possibly a 1/2 size, that not being available I ordered the Chile Shrimp Tagliatelle, excellent, and spicy as advertised. My wife had the Pomodoro, which Jacob allowed her to move to Pappardelle from Spaghetti noodles, and the 3rd Meatball from the Appetizer, no room for Dessert, we passed though the Menu is very tempting. Being close by to our residence by the Fairmont and TPC, it will be a return location, the Pizza’s looked great, the Bar inviting, great neighborhood spot, highly recommend
