Best Distilleries in Varsity Lakes

The food was very good and the experience awesome. We enjoyed the rum and gin testing and the scallops. The quantity is not huge, just right. All staff were very young. Some were knowledgeable. We asked the bill twice but the very young girl never brought it to us. We had to move and asked for it. The service can be improved.

This was my second time at Burly Gin, I took my daughter ( who lives in Sydney) with me this time. Bree the manager is so friendly and knowledgeable and had great recommendations regarding all the gin products. We only had the cheese plate this time, as we were going out for dinner. It was all delightful!

Tucked away inner north location near the Ekka site. Lofty former warehouse artfully decorated with multiple ladders and bar in a pristine 1950's caravan sets the scene with the distillery equipment the backdrop.

Friendly staff, delicious eats, atmosphere was stunning with the beautiful lily gracing us with her unbelievable talent

Wow! Gin tasting board was lovely. Then had one of the most amazing cocktails. Loved the welcome spirit was delicious.
