- HHeatherBuckinghamshire •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy husband and I only booked last minute, on the morning of Valentine’s Day in fact. We usually get an M&S dine in meal but Stoke Place was offering a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine, for such a reasonable price that we decided to go out instead. It’s very local to us, the ambience and service is exceptional and we love it there! Definitely recommended and we enjoyed our evening immensely.More infoKing & Lamb at Stoke PlacePrice: Expensive• British• Slough•4.4

- GGrahamBerkshire •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoToday was my mate John's birthday. I had arranged a birthday lunch for my mate John at The White Oak at Cookham. It's part of the Brucan Group. Me and my partner had eaten at their Finchampstead pub The Greyhound on several occasions so I guess I knew roughly what to expect. We started by sharing 6 oysters. Delicious. John had the grilled mackerel on squid Bolognese with samphire. Spot on. I had the steak tartare. Delightful. We both went for the braised beef shoulder on mustard mash. Cabbage seriously good. Absolutely delicious. They kindly presented John with a happy birthday plate of chocolate brownie or sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Made John smile. Thank you The White Oak for a perfect birthday lunch. Very highly recommended. Cheers...More infoThe White OakPrice: Expensive• English• Maidenhead•4.4

- MMichelleLondon •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoCouldn’t have wanted for more. Unfortunately I have found restaurants can sometimes be lacking in quality and originality these day not at the Dean Street Townhouse they’re not. Original menu and fabulous food. The drinks weren’t bad either. The restaurant is beautiful comfortable and the atmosphere is both buzzy and relaxed. People that work there to a man and a woman are friendly, efficiently and wear their sense of humour lightly. We had guests join us for coffee and the restaurant was very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.More infoDean Street TownhousePrice: Expensive• British• Soho•4.6
