- DDavidHertfordshire •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoToday was a day to celebrate a special occasion, and we thought the place to go to was Roy's Restaurant. We have been there before and could not think of a better place to go back too. After being welcomed to our seat we were offered a menu full of different choices to eat. When the meals arrived, they were very presentable and when tasted, tasted really nice. It helped make the celebration memorable. The restaurant will always be the restaurant of choice and is highly recommendedMore infoRoy's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• English• Welwyn•4.7

- DDavidWarwickshire •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoDelightful Christmas decorations at Quod as ever and lovely lively atmosphere but not at all too noisy, noisy as it sometimes can be. Delicious meal perfectly served; my beef carpaccio was sweet melt in your mouth lovely, my main of duck was rare as I like it, tender and tasty and the accompanying celeriac mash utterly delicious. A clementine sorbet to follow was perfect. Service was excellent (didn't catch the waiters name I'm afraid), so what more can you ask -it was quite expensive at £150 for two with wine and water as you might expect reflecting the quality!.More infoQuod Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• European• Oxford•4.5
- RrichardOxford/Oxfordshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoPerfect destination - met friends for a Christmas get together. Started with a few drinks at the bar before seating at our table in the original pub area by a lovely open fire. Very congenial service. We weren't the easiest group to deal with but the person who took our order handled us with utter professionalism and good humour. It made for a memorable afternoon . We will be back. ps slow roast leg of lamb for two is sensational. A must for any meat eater.More infoThe Royal Oak - YattendonPrice: Expensive• English• Yattendon•4.6
