Our table for three was cozy and comfortable, the white tablecloths were beautifully starched; hard (like they should be) and the feeling in the room was sprinkled with excitement in anticipation for a culinary adventure. With each course, we experienced the chefs exquisite creations. What a talented artist who can compose aesthetically presented dishes with harmonious and sumptuous flavors (and with sometimes a crunchy surprise). Needless to say, we generously explored the wine list making the evening a joyous celebration. Nils, Michelle and Greta made us feel well taken care of without stuffiness or pretentiousness.
