We went with the ten course tasting with paired drinks. Every bite was artfully prepared blending presentation, flavor, texture, smell, and pacing into a remarkable experience. The history and story presented along with each serving was as delightful as it was informational. The drinks were well selected and the additional cocktail we picked up was the best we have had!
