- JJeffreyVIPPortland / Oregon •63 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother enjoyable meal at the Heathman Tavern. We have been several times now, and it has been consistently good. I had the steak frites and my friend had the salmon and arugula and both were delicious. Our server was delightful and the drinks were good. I still miss the old Heathman Restaurant, but the Tavern is a worthy, less expensive, and more casual successor.More infoThe Tavern at HeathmanPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4

The staff was incredibly well informed about the dishes served. Very unique flavors and beautiful presentations. Well done! 🥰More infoRepúblicaPrice: Very Expensive• Mexican• Pearl District•4.7
- CCaraSeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined on 30 Jan 2025I have autoimmunity and am thrilled to find a beautiful restaurant that has a full menu of delicious food - carefully curated from local and ethical farms that I can eat without having to ask for a bunch of modifications. The chef is creative. The service is top notch and the setting is lovely - casual but special and warm all at once. The music is at the right volume. I live in Seattle and we have nothing like Fallow’s, sadly. This is my forever go-to when I visit the Rose City.More infoFallows a Bar by BastionPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• SE Portland•4.3
