- SSébastienSan Francisco Bay Area •19 reviews4.0Dined todayIt was a good dinner. I got the escargots, it was really tasty and it was great it came with a piece of bread 🥖. Next I got the short ribs, it was a little bit too salty for me, the gratin dauphinois and the mushrooms were great. For the dessert I got the mousse au chocolat it was excellent but a little bit heavy for my stomach. The restaurant is quite dark and the others tables were too close, you can easily follow discussions from others tables.More infoZola + BarZolaPrice: Expensive• French• Palo Alto•4.6
- SSusanSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was a pleasure to have Christmas Eve dinner at La Mere Michelle. We appreciated the warm, friendly, welcome when we arrived. The French Onion Soup was delicious, complete with a thick layer of cheese. The Chicken Tarragon entree was the best I've ever had with a Tarragon reduction that was divine. My family member ordered the Chicken Forestiere with wild mushroom cream, also delicious. Both entrees had plenty of sauce unlike some restaurants that only provide a few tablespoons, were served with green beans and scalloped potatoes, and were pleasantly filling. We didn't leave hungry. A slice of chocolate hazelnut cake with excellent flavor finished the meal.More infoLa Mere MichellePrice: Expensive• French• Saratoga•4.7

Staff is always nice and caring, as well as quick with the service. If they had a rewards program for this restaurant I would be the top member!More infoLeft Bank Santana RowPrice: Moderate• French• San Jose•4.3
- RRebeccaVIPChicago / Illinois •5 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoOur first time! We have done fondue in other places but not at La Fondue. The menu has so many choices - it was impressive. We chose to grill the meat and my biggest complaint is that it was so dark we had to use flashlights to check if the meat was done. Also longer handled spatulas would be helpful to avoid splatter burns. Wait staff and fantastic!More infoLa Fondue - SaratogaPrice: Expensive• French• Saratoga•4.5
- SsusmitaVIPPittsburgh •19 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAmazing gastronomic experience, albeit on the very expensive side, especially when 22% gratuities are already added. Having said that, service was fantastic, we were stuffed at the end of the 8 courses and really marveled at the Chef’s creations. The best part though, were the cocktail drinks and the Granny Smith apple for desert. These two things were definitely worth it.More infoThe Plumed HorsePrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Saratoga•4.6
