- SSabrinaVIPNew York City •101 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe best and only choucroute in Manhattan. Service and ambiance was incredible. Luca made us feel at home at the great French reataurant. He was a perfect server, friendly and knowledgeable knowing what we would like. It was such a memorable evening. We are definitely coming back.More infoCafe d'AlsacePrice: Moderate• French• Upper East Side•4.7
- CCharlesVIPNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoNever been here before. actually got it from open table. business must be tough since there is scaffolding almost to the door—wasn’t sure we had the right place. menu is the usual suspects—to me a good thing—though the desserts are rather impressive. I had branzino which was fresh, plentiful and excellent. My salad was fresh and wholesome not slobbered with dressing. My companions had snails, a curried chicken who was described as marvelous and a pasta she could not finish. wine list is long, not overpriced, lots of Italians. I was genuinely surprised by how well cooked everything was. Service was friendly, no actors auditioning. we will definitely be back—menu is changing in two weeks so apparently the chef is not resting on his laurels.More infoOsteria NandoPrice: Moderate• French• Upper East Side•4.6

Especially enjoyed the beautifully prepared Branzino and the comforting and yummy chicken dinner on this very cold NYC night.More infoJacques BrasseriePrice: Expensive• French• Upper East Side•4.7
- RRobertNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on 30 Dec 2024This was a nice, cozy place to eat. I cannot stress enough how amazing the cream of mushroom soup was. It was one of the best parts of my meal and, in general, one of my favorite soups I’ve ever had. I got the steak frites which cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. I strongly recommend this place to eat if you’re in the area. It was a small-ish dining area, but comfortable for a fair sized group. There was someone celebrating their birthday there with around 10 or so people and they were seated pretty nicely.More infoL'AntagonistePrice: Expensive• French• Bedford / Stuyvesant•4.9
