It appears to be an older restaurant with the bathrooms standing out. You are asked to throw your toilet paper in the trash. Not a fan of doing that. The inside is charming, though we are outside as it was a lovely day. I thought I didn’t like Brussels sprouts and the ones I had with my tasty duck have forever changed my mind. If you’ve had macarons in Paris, skip those; our apple tart was flaky and not too sweet. We’re glad we went, but not enough to return.

The service and food were both exceptional! We both had the beet salad which was absolutely delicious followed by the Chilean sea bass and surf & turf. Everything was made to perfection and Ray our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely be back on our next trip to the desert!

Last night was our first experience at Chez Pierre, and definitely not our last!! The steak tartare is outstanding, and enough for 2. The special, veal pot roast, was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. We really wanted sweetbreads but they were out. Just another reason for us to go again! Thank you to Arturo for taking such good care of us, we can’t wait to come back!!
