I had an incredible dining experience at The Ivy Seattle. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and timely. The Japanese A5 Wagyu nigiri was the absolute standout. It melted in my mouth with a buttery richness that was truly unforgettable. The lumpia was crispy and flavorful, and the truffle linguine had just the right balance—not too rich, making it easy to enjoy. When we first arrived, the restaurant was a bit cold, but the staff quickly accommodated us and ensured we were comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience with exceptional food and service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing food! Excellent cocktails. For this being Schubert’s first restaurant this restaurant most definitely does not disappoint nor does any of his other restaurants. What an amazing experience will definitely be back.

I think we’ve found our new date night favorite! The food was amazing- we had the bulgogi plate, the general Cho’s chicken, and the banchan salad. We couldn’t decide which was best- all so good. Manhattans were perfect. We can’t wait to go back and try more!

We reserved a group dinner for my closest co-workers for a Friday celebration. Revel was easy and attentive in the pre-event arrangements. The menu was varied, plentiful and delicious. Service excellent. A memorable, very enjoyable event.
