Best Fusion Restaurants in Wallingford

Everything on the menu was delicious, and trust me we tried almost everything. Their selection of non-alcoholic beverage options was fantastic for us non-drinkers. And the staff was so kind as to stay late and not rush us even though our dinner ran long.

After a few bad valentines day experiences, we decided to break tradition of at home meals and give this spot a try. Given it's valentines day, we expected a bit of chaos and wait times, so we didn't go in with high expectations. Despite the wait for a table, they took good care of us with plenty of champagne and went out of their way to make up for any issues that night - so a big shoutout to the manager for all he did! The food was a special preset menu and was delicious! Can't wait to go back and try their usual menu, the burger looks outstanding.

We love BAr Dojo! Their ahi poke tacos are incredilbe! So are the pork belly tacos!Their coctails are unique and very good. We went for Valentines' dayand their speical cocktail was so good! Lichee, pink gin, rose syrup and lemon! We also had a bourbon cocktial with orange liquour, can't remember it's name, that was super yum! Their almond cake with butter pecan ice cream was the perfect finish! This is our go to place for special occasions. It's not a large place and esy to miss, in a little strip of shops and 5 corners. You definitely need a reservation because it's a neighborhood gem!

The Crawlspace Gastropub is an absolute gem! The food is nothing short of delicious—every dish is thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The service is impeccable; the staff is attentive, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. We couldn’t be happier to have this amazing spot on the island. A Seattle Favorite – Republic Never Disappoints For my colleagues and me, a trip to Seattle isn’t complete without a meal at Republic. It’s become a tradition—no matter how packed our schedules are, we always find time to come back. The food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality keep us returning again and again. For me, the highlight is always the pork chop—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and paired with some of the best grits and collard greens I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of meal you think about long after you’ve left, counting down the days until you can have it again. Republic isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a staple of our Seattle visits. If you’re looking for a spot that consistently delivers incredible food and a warm, welcoming experience, this is it. Already looking forward to my next visit!
