This month featured French menu has a delicious FRENCH ONION SOUP with swiss and provolone cheese, and garlic toast points. Full of flavor and onions, perhaps a dash too much pepper, but hot and a great start to our meal. The SHRIMP FRANCAISE is egg battered shrimp, in white wine butter, fried capers, grilled lemon, celery root gratin, with herb roasted tomatoes. The shrimp is perfect. The PAN-SEARED DUCK with sauteed carrot, onion, fennel, and cognac sherry sauce is so good. Finish with the ELIJAHS HOUSEMADE BEIGNETS in cognac honey, and powdered sugar. JP gives us great service, knows the wine list extremely well along with the menu items and has a great personality.
