- KKatiGreater Boston •4 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoI made a reservation for 12:30 in the afternoon and my friend and I had to wait about 15 minutes until we were sat because we were early and our table wasn't ready yet. No problem at all. We were sat and looked over the menus. We were given water and then sat for over 15 minutes. We had to get up and ask if there was a waitress for our table. The restaurant was full, so we understood the reason for the wait to take our order but our waitress never even came over to say, "Ill be right over." The food was good. The order was avocado toast and a cobb salad and two non-alcoholic drinks (Brandon Flowers). Once our waitress took our order, she was attentive, brought us the check when we asked, and the service was great for the remainder of the meal. However, she did come over and took my friends drink away without asking if she was finished, which she wasn't. Before we realized what she had done, the bartender had already taken it off the bar and then I was asked by my friend not to say anything. I would visit the restaurant again, as its in a perfect location if you're seeing a Broadway show.More infoLillie's Times SquarePrice: Expensive• American• Hell's Kitchen•4.6
- GGraceNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis place is just awesome! As soon as you walk in you are treated like you've been there 1000 times. People are warm, friendly and actually happy to see you. The music is awesome, the ambiance is just great. You feel comfortable. The food is outstanding!! Love to see what the secret sandwich is. The chef pairs flavors together like no other chef I've seen. Everything is just delicious. The service is impeccable. The waiters and waitresses are at your beck and call, if you need anything they are right there but not hovering over you. They space the meal out nicely so you're never wondering when your food is coming. The drinks are great too. I live across the river and have to take a bridge to get there but it is worth all my time and travel. Make a reservation today! You won't be sorry.More infoThe CookeryPrice: Moderate• Italian• Dobbs Ferry•4.6
