Overall excellent. The Sunday roast (Cap of beef) was really great and good value for Monday at this price point. Service was attentive and genuinely delivered with care and consideration. We have been a few times now and will definitely return. Thank you all and keep up the great work. I have twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector so I'm hard to please!

The evening was excellent, the food was delicious with good sized portions and it arrived quickly. The only downside was the lack of availability of 3 of the mains which meant that 3 of the 6 of us had to change our first menu choice. Also one of the sides was not available. Whilst I completely understand the need to stop waste it was a shame that the menu was so limited at 7pm on a Saturday night. That said I would definitely go back again. Thank you The George for offering fresh, high quality dishes despite your prime location. As Londoners we are usually disappointed with the food offered in many central London locations- but you offer a wonderful menu and dining experience for tourists and locals alike.

Such a lovely evening! The food was just incredible, particularly the venison tartare, pork loin and beef cheek. Just amazing. Such lovely staff who were always ready to help and even treated us to a complimentary pudding for our special occasion! The Guinness was also a major highlight. Huge fun sitting near the bar upstairs and watching the cooks create everything. Can’t wait to come back again, thank you for looking after us so brilliantly!
