Best Greek Restaurants in Winchburgh

We love going to Fava. The food, the ambience, the service are all great. We love the gyro wraps and portions, they are so fulfilling (we have tried the chicken and falafel ones). In desserts, the traditional orange cake (someone who does not like the desserts too sweet might not like this) and baklava are straight from the dessert heaven. The vibe is perfect for a date and a much vibrant place. The staff is sweet too and food is rightly priced (say 20 a person). Absolutely recommend this one!

What a great find on Leith Walk. Restaurant has a really nice ambience and not too big so the noise level was just right. The staff were friendly, helpful and didn’t constantly interrupt you whilst you were eating. The menu has a good selection of tapas and main meals but not too many choices that your overwhelmed. As for the food it was amazing, fresh hot and very tasty. We didn’t feel rushed after we finished our food which was very nice as we needed 10/20 minutes before we walked back into the town to meet friends. Would highly recommend this independent restaurant.

Excellent restaurant, staff and service was fantastic, lovely surroundings and the choice and quality of food was terrific. Thank you, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place for a meal.

Food was perfect, we enjoyed lovely tapas and coffee. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. This is always my first choice for a lovely meal out with friends and family. Although we didn’t have drinks this time the wine list is great and they make a lovely espresso martini!

My experience was beyond the set experience, I had while reading reviews. The food was warm and comforting- I got transported to the Greek Islands! Beautifully decorated atmosphere, not so loud music and drinks- very well! The food was perfect balanced of flavours and even curated to help us with our dietary requirements!! Kudos to the staff. Will definitely visit again!
