Best Grills in Tranent

Great evening alll round , a really great restaurant clean and with great atmosphere . The food was outstanding , we ordered grilled Haloumi & Hummus starters served with olives & breads and then Fillet Mignon steaks with Cajun chips & grilled vegetables with a choice of sauces .. the steak was cooked to perfection , tasted so good . A busy restaurant and some of the other dishes coming out to surrounding tables also looked amazing and mouth watering . The service was first class from the staff , polite , pleasant & attentive. Well done to all , our first time at Shish but it will not be our last . Also for the quality of food served very reasonable regards to price for the meal .

Fantastic meal with lovely staff and great prices, we shared a Enzo board and a mixed meat platter which was plenty for us! All went down well with 6.50 cocktails and a lovely bottle of wine!

Loved the pasta and “the best pizza in Scotland” according to my son at his graduation lunch! A family favourite x

Had small wait for our food after ordering, but worth the wait!!! All was delicious and freshly prepared! Good value for money and will def be back.

Really enjoyed our dinner here, food was fantastic, ambience is very nice, and our waiter Lewis was totally cool and super helpful, big thumps up for this guy! Totally recommended!
