I splurged and ordered the Pretty Fly for a Mai Tai, which was exceptional. They brought out all of the ingredients and mixed it right at the table, and it was simply the best Mai Tai I’ve ever had. It’s a bucket list item for sure. Our server was Jeb, and he was just the greatest. He made fantastic recommendations (get the pork shank!), was engaged and friendly throughout the meal, and took some amazing photos of us at sunset with the ocean in the background. Overall, it was a night to never be forgotten. If you are in Maui, and anywhere near the Four Seasons, GO TO SPAGO. The views, the cocktails, the food, the ambiance, the food…it’s all just divine.More infoWolfgang Puck's Spago in the Four Seasons Resort MauiPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaiian• Wailea•4.8

My daughter loved the tacos.. Korean bbq (?), definitely some spice there, the saiman was not what I expected however my bias should not deter anyone from trying it! The texture of the noodles was lovely, I just wasn’t sure about the broth- not quite pho and not quite ramen, the herb mixture had me confused. We definitely highly recommend the sorbet ♥️. Yum. Our waiter James was amazing, super attentive and friendly, made the lunch even better! This time, we split a salad and I had the Hawaiian Short Rib and my wife enjoyed “The Catch of the Day” Special. Both were excellent. The Pineapple Upside Down Cake for dessert topped off the meal in style. Our server was friendly and personable. She shared her story about running marathons which was very impressive. Al in all, we can’t wait to return.More infoThe Plantation House RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Hawaiian• Kapalua•4.8

Jess greeted us and brought us 3 Mai tais and a whiskey sour - delicious! Then we shared a Gem Salad and a Brocli Salad - both delicious but the Brocli was so unique we all agreed it was the best. Fish Tacos, Fish and Chops and Macademia Nut encrusted Mahi Mahi we all excellent but my Rib Eye was over the top. Cooked to perfection. We had a bottle of Tempranillo which paired well with everything and topped it all off with Banana Cream pie. Would recommend the entire meal all over again. Jess was an excellent waitress!More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaileaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Wailea•4.7
